"Small issue with a dimmer switch..."
Had a small issue with a dimmer switch (the wrong colored knob) from an order I made over a year back. The customer service was fantastic, no hassles at all, and they sent the replacement part free of charge the very next day. It couldn't have gone better!

"Awesome Products, Awesome Company!"
I've got several Varilight dimmers installed at my place, and they've provided years of dependable performance. This is the second occasion where customer service has stepped in to help, this time fixing up a dimmer that's been around for 20 years, which the new LED dimmers just couldn't handle due to the heavy load. "Top-notch customer support"
I put in the 1-gang dimmer switch along with the remote, and it functioned perfectly for a bit over a year, but then it quit on me. After I shared the specifics with Varilight through their messaging service, they promptly sent out a replacement switch and controller. Now everything's back to working like it should, so I gotta give them full credit for their customer service.
